In our methodology, the implementation of any F&A outsourcing project should involve the following stages:
Strategy – at this stage, it is decided which processes will be transferred to our BPO center, business case is prepared, project team formed, etc.
Design – detailed scope of services and service levels as well as the split of responsibilities are agreed, supporting technologies identified, existing process documentation reviewed, etc.
Transition – we prepare detailed process maps and so called desktop operating procedures, ‘shadow’ your operating staff, build and train the team which will work for you, and finally take over the processing from your organization.
Transformation – processes-based organization (e.g. A/P, A/R or General Ledger) is implemented.
Improvement – together, we set up a road map for improving process efficiency and performance in the coming 18-24 months, as well as identify corresponding initiatives and action plans.
