Yes, there is probably no one left at the company who was involved in that. I know that at first the chief accountant calculated salaries, then it was handed to HR, but many questions and nuances arose during the calculation, so it was decided to give this task to an outsourcer who would help do it professionally and avoid mistakes.
No, actually there were none.
Outsourcing is very convenient for a chief accountant.
We have business trips, complex calculations, per diems, many marketing and advertising campaigns, and in a constantly changing regulatory environment all of that has to be monitored.
I am involved in the following tasks: receiving the payroll register, checking payments, finding out the causes of discrepancies, for example in postings. I can always call the responsible person on your side and find out this or that - whether we can update the program or whether everything is working correctly now. If there are any questions, we ask them.
Almost immediately. There are no issues at all - it is very comfortable to communicate with the team. When we have questions from the tax authority, the team prepares the answers.
Requirements? To calculate correctly, to monitor legislative changes, to provide documents and reports promptly and on time. That is all. Professionalism matters. All documents must be drawn up in accordance with legislation, and employees must receive their vacation pay and salary on time. Accuracy matters.
Probably if you do the same thing all the time, you get used to it and it seems simple, but in this area you simply need accuracy.
It would be good to have some shared database or portal so that data is not sent by e-mail. So that we can always see when a file was sent.
Of course we have such a solution - it is the data exchange portal, and we will set it up for you. It has all the necessary functionality, including email notifications when new files appear.
I would say comfortable. A comfortable company, comfortable to work with. No unnecessary pomp, no bureaucratic approach, and the communication style is very accessible.
We would like employees to submit all their vacation and business trip applications electronically, with electronic signatures, so that documents do not have to be printed and nothing gets lost. Especially now, during remote work.
It is generally believed that the quality provided by outsourcers is low, so those who move to outsourcing sooner or later go back. We have of course been very lucky. We do not have such problems. But you can only find that out through experience. Neither the name nor the cost is the deciding factor here.
