The client and UCMS Group Russia have been partners for 15 years. UCMS Group Russia provides payroll services to the client and also provides HR management software on a lease basis.
The launch of the outsourcing project is part of the client’s strategy to deploy modern HR practices in line with international standards.
As a result of the project a unified HR system was created to gain control over HR processes in all of the client’s schools. The project reduced the time spent preparing and consolidating HR reporting. Thanks to outsourcing the company was also able to improve the speed and accuracy of information in payroll and HR administration.
