EF English First and UCMS Group Russia have been partners for 6 years. UCMS Group Russia provides payroll services to EF. Also UCMS Group Russia provides EF HR management software on a lease basis.

The launch of an outsourcing project is part of EF English First’s strategy to deploy modern HR practices in accordance with international standards.

As a result of the project, a unified HR system was created to gain control over HR processes in all EF English First schools. The project allowed to reduce the time spent on preparation and consolidation of HR-reporting. Also, thanks to the introduction of outsourcing, EF English First was able to increase the efficiency and accuracy of information in the field of payroll and HR administration.
