UCMS Group has successfully confirmed compliance with standards within the framework of an external audit ISAE 3402 and SSAE 18. All major business processes, procedures and regulations of the company were analyzed in the context of effective risk management.
- Audit ISAE 3402 includes checking the reliability and security of the infrastructure of the UCMS Group and analysis of the processes associated with managing client configurations and incidents. The inspection was carried out in accordance with the International Standard for Proficiency Testing.
ISAE 3402 was developed by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board of the IAASB and published by the International Federation of Accountants IFAC.
- In the final report, an independent auditing company conducted an analysis prepared in accordance with the standard SSAE 18 and confirmed the efficiency and functionality of the mechanisms UCMS Group as of the date of inspection. UCMS Group successfully passes the audit of the effectiveness of internal controls according to the international standard SSAE 18 since 2019.
Standard SSAE 18 establishes requirements for control of a product or a technological process in service organizations, which is carried out during the execution of business operations or after their completion.
SSAE 18 provides guidance for auditors in conducting and reporting audits, reviews, and other similar projects, including Service Organization Controls – SOC certifications.
