Preparation for a special assessment of working conditions
A special assessment of working conditions (SAWC) is a set of measures that, according to the law, must be carried out by every employer. Such an assessment is designed to detect all harmful and hazardous factors of production and determine the level of their exposure to workers. In other words, physical, chemical and biological factors of working conditions should be measured during SAWC.
During the organization of the SAWT, the head of the company needs to carry out a number of activities:
- issue orders for assessing working conditions;
- form an internal commission;
- approve the schedule for the assessment;
- define the categories of jobs;
- draw up a list that will indicate the current working conditions of each of the employees;
- check the current working conditions with the conditions described in the current labor legislation and much more.
What does a special assessment of working conditions give?
