UCMS Group Russia has developed a solid and long lasting partnership with Alfa Laval during the past three years, driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
During the project roll-out, a complete automation of Alfa Laval’s HR processes was carried out to improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
