UCMS Group Russia conducted the 2012 customer satisfaction survey.
According to the survey results, 82% of customers would recommend UCMS Group Russia services to their business partners.
Of the 88% of customers who rated service quality high, 65% said the quality of services was outstanding.
Over 87% of customers highly appreciated competences and skills of the UCMS Group’s HR, Accounting & Payroll professionals.
The customer satisfaction survey was conducted among 150 customers in accordance with the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

The point is about what has led us to these results – the effective and skilled work of our team. Thanks to the feedback from our customers, we can identify gaps and improve our performance.
